Add BoJ Server

Adds BoJ Server to the Community Servers section.

What it does: Unified MCP server exposing 18 capability domains (database, container, git, secrets, queues, IaC, observability, SSG, proofs, fleet, neurosymbolic, agent, cloud, Kubernetes, LSP, DAP, BSP, feedback) as MCP tools through a single stdio process.

Key details:

• Transport: stdio (JSON-RPC 2.0)
• Setup: boj-server --mcp
• Architecture: Cartridge interfaces formally verified with Idris2 dependent types, Zig FFI layer, V-lang network adapter (REST + gRPC + GraphQL)
• Testing: 307 tests passing
• Federation: Community-hosted via Umoja network with QUIC gossip and hash attestation
• License: PMPL-1.0-or-later

Hi — I’ve refreshed the relevant uv lockfile on my branch to address the failing CI job. If README additions for community servers are no longer the preferred route here, I’m happy to close this PR and publish BoJ Server via the MCP Registry instead.
