This project is a sample Python project, built using setuptools.
This file is for developers, and should explain the layout of the project, any special information on how to build the project, etc. It is not intended for end users, the DESCRIPTION.rst file is for that purpose.
Tests should be placed in the "tests" directory, or subdirectories of that. The sample test included works with unittest.
