Add the upstream patch commit as a structured
FIXreference for GHSA-2fqr-mr3j-6wp8 (CVE-2026-54279).The vendor advisory already identifies this patch in its description. The referenced commit preserves host-only cookie scope across CookieJar save/load and adds regression coverage. It is included in the v3.14.0...v3.14.1 comparison.
This change makes that existing patch reference machine-readable. Affected ranges, severity, description, and credits are unchanged.
Validation: the updated advisory passes the official OSV JSON schema; the diff contains one advisory and four added lines.
