Problem
The six legacy tool courses (Claude Code, Cursor, DeepSeek Harness, Kimi Code, Codex, ZCode) told learners that the default
python verify.pyoutput already contains the L01/L02 claim codes. The verifier requires explicit--attestfor self-reported checkpoints, so following the lessons literally never printed the promised codes. L05 said "claim it when you can answer" without giving the command.Fix
[pending]with no code, then instructpython verify.py --attest l01after answering the checkpoint questions; explain exit code 1 while other checkpoints remain open and that attestations are not persisted between runs.--attest l02command (wording matches the Copilot course, which was already correct).--attest l05command.[passed]vs[attested], non-persistent attestations, exit-code semantics, and the full-attestation completion example; fixed merged Honesty bullet formatting.Verification
make checkgreen: 146 tests, 15 course contracts, 5 examples, 2 paths, all generated artifacts current.[pending]with no codes;--attest l01 --attest l02attests exactly those two with codes while l05 stays pending; full flags after implementing the starter exit 0 with all five codes. Every documented command in L01/L02/L05 matches this behavior in both languages.Verifiers and course code are unchanged; this is a documentation-accuracy fix only.
