Removed a few commits which were from me not correctly running against the right bundler/faraday. This should now be a minimal fix for Ruby 2.6 compatibility. |

I'm working on bringing this library up to modern versions of libraries and Ruby 2.6 was the first stepping stone as it actually still runs on my hardware.
This is a minimal change which gets all tests passing again with just updating Ruby to 2.6+ and presumably the latest faraday version matching
~> 1.6.
