MSW, MBBS, FNP and the rest of the NPPES credentials written by at least 2,000 US providers now read as the suffix with no comma, after a comma in a name written in one case, and ending the given part after a family comma, where only C6's capitals shape had read them after a comma in a mixed-case name. pac, lat and mot carry their surname counts and so are ambiguous; msed carries the mask MSEd. cota is refused: marked ambiguous, it took the surname from 49 Brazilian names written in capitals with no comma, against no measured gain. rules/S8's example of an unlisted credential moves from Bsn to Ccrn, which reads as Bsn did. decisions/suffix-acronym-collisions records the batch, the measurements and the screening miss; nameparser/vocab/ AGENTS.md records how to screen the next batch. The mot note no longer presents DIVA DA MOT as a cost marking avoids; the counting lesson no longer says the first tally missed a surname it never lost. otrl and pac record same_as their joined spellings, asw expands to California's Associate Clinical Social Worker, and six notes, #797's two among them, say 1 official in the singular. Closes #993.
What changes. 77 US healthcare credentials, each written by at least 2,000 NPPES providers and held by no list, now read as the suffix in every shape where only C6's capitals shape read them before (a comma in a mixed-case name):
1.4.0 and 2.8.1 read these as master does (the wheels, run 2026-11-03).
Per word (decisions/suffix-acronym-collisions, 2026-11-03 #993):
amfthas 5 Wikidata family bearers and no US Census bearer; the count is recorded in its note.pac(Census 535) andlat(Census 395) are marked ambiguous, being over Mark 33 credential readings ambiguous where a surname reading is substantial #796's threshold of 200.mot(Census 109) is marked ambiguous although the small-count weighing would list it plain. Listed plain, it read a Title-case surname as the credential (Jane Doe Mot→ suffix). Marked, it costs only a name written in one case with a word to spare. Whether the same argument should reachamft, capandaasis recorded as not decided.cotais refused with anexcludedentry: Census 11,554, and Brazilian and Mexican besides. Marked ambiguous, it took the surname from 49tse-donorsnames written in capitals with no comma (ADÃO FERREIRA COTA→ suffix 'COTA').
