"Token revocation failed" warning without actual error message #392

I've seen some jobs with the following log:

2026-08-17T17:14:37.6249632Z Post job cleanup.
2026-08-17T17:14:39.2806650Z ##[warning]Token revocation failed:
2026-08-17T17:14:39.3241052Z Post job cleanup.

Version: actions/create-github-app-token@bcd2ba49218906704ab6c1aa796996da409d3eb1 # v3.2.0

Perhaps logging should be improved, revocation could support retries and my concern is that the token does not get revoked in such case, which might be a security threat?
