Arkadiusz Czerwinski — Chief Software Engineer

30 years delivering embedded systems, CA/DRM solutions, and IoT platforms — from broadcast and smart TV to oil & gas and cloud domains.

Shipped production C/C++ for Liberty Global (8M+ cable TV subscribers across Europe), Vizio (HAL Picture platform, 29 months on-site Dallas, TX), SLB/Schlumberger (Azure IoT Edge gateway fleet), and Amazon Web Services (Linux modernization / Lift & Shift).

Before joining EPAM, spent 20 years at ADB Polska building the CA/DRM stack that powered cable TV across Europe — integrating and validating 7+ Conditional Access systems (Nagra, Conax, Irdeto, Latens, Viaccess, Verimatrix, BetaCrypt) and DRM platforms (Nagra PRM, Marlin, MS DRM) on embedded STB hardware. Designed the generic CA solution in Open Embedded RDK for Liberty Global, extended DVB CI stack to DVB CI+, and developed Smart Card low-level drivers (ISO/IEC 7816) on Broadcom chips from the ground up.

Author of 3 patents in Conditional Access systems · EP 1638006 B1 · US 2006/0064592 A1 · US 2006/0062387 A1
