Update release.yml to add Modrinth upload
upload and download-artifact actions now upgraded to v4!
- Updated VoiceCommand TabCompletion -> is now shared/common function - Updated voicecommands's /voice setup since it didn't save port as Integer - Updated the network thing to show more logical error
now includes (nearly) all the commands from VoiceCraft addon... Have fun!

Also upgraded the upload and download artifact action to v4
BEFORE MERGING PLEASE
Add a new Actions Secret named
MODRINTH_TOKENand enter in the ModRinth API Key/token which can be made here I think
