The native-evidence job only evaluates on pull_request. Every run so far has been a push, so the job has only ever taken its no-op branch and the gate's real logic has never executed on GitHub. This docs-only edit opens one pull request to run it, and is reverted before merge.

Docs-only. Purpose is to run the
native-evidencejob through its real evaluation path, which only happens onpull_request. Expect exit 3 (pending, not a pass) or 0 depending on whether this diff counts as native-facing; either outcome is the gate working. Reverted before merge.
