  1. Remove html Files Under ports/stm32/usb* 

    There is an issue with the CR/LF endings of ports/stm32/usbdev/Release_Notes.html
rather than try to fix that issue, the file and its partner will be
deleted since they provide no additional information, all the version and
license information is captured in the relevant files in these subdirectories.
